After receiving the request, optionally with a drawing, CAD model, sketch or existing sample part, the requirements for the product are determined. If all the necessary information is known, possibly with customer consultation, and it is not a standard MTS product, we check whether the new product can be realised. At the end of this process and feasibility of the product, a specified offer is prepared.

Once the order has been placed, the in-house or external design data is converted at the CAM programming station and then simulated. If the simulation is successful, the data is transferred to the relevant machining center. Production of the components begins.

The components are supplied with various surface structures, such as trowalized, polished or glass bead blasted, at the customer's request.When it comes to surface finishing, we work closely with selected surface finishing companies and can therefore offer a variety of surfaces, such as chromitAl, electroless nickel, screen printing or sub-anodised printing.

During production, an initial and intermediate inspection is carried out to ensure quality-compliant production. A final inspection is carried out after completion of the manufacturing process. At the customer's request, this is carried out on the 3D measuring machine with written documentation.
