Semiconductor switch SP8T 0,1 – 6 GHz – SMA

The HLS8-6G/UHI-TTL0 absorbing semiconductor switch was developed for wear-free switching in the frequency range between 100 MHz and 6000 MHz.

Thanks to its high bandwidth, the semiconductor switch is therefore ideally suited for common mobile radio standards such as GSM, UMTS and LTE as well as Bluetooth, DECT and Wi-Fi.

The broadband switch has low insertion loss, very good VSWR and ultra-high isolation.

The HLS8-6G/UHI-TTL is available with SMA sockets.
